Rachel Hays, Development Assistant

Rachel Hays serves as Development Assistant and joined the OCPA staff in April of 2012. Previously, Rachel served at the Chesapeake Child Development Center. Rachel has been an active member of local university and community organizations, serving on various committees and volunteering for major events and programs. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Life Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. rachel@ocpathink.org
