A New Year of Consequences

January 01, 2006

We at OCPA believe 2006 is going to be an eventful year. The reason is that the policies which our state adopts in 2006 will have monumental consequences for our future. It's always that way, year after year. That's why OCPA works hard at advancing the decidedly free-market perspective - the philosophy that private enterprise is better than a managed economy, that limited government is better than big government, and that individual initiative is better than dependency on the state. Those ideas have always been true. Since 1993, OCPA has delivered this consistent message in all sorts of public forums, in the mass media, and in our own publications.

So whether it's an editorial board meeting at one of the nation's most important newspapers, or a guest-speaker opportunity in a high-school classroom, OCPA is always on point delivering a clear, uncompromising message that the free-market philosophy works for all citizens. This is vital because ideas do have consequences. We want our policy-makers' decisions to be the right ones for you and your family.

The photos below demonstrate once again the wide assortment of ways OCPA advances ideas which can improve our state. This work would not be possible without the continual support of people who care enough to faithfully and regularly support our efforts. Thanks in advance for helping to make the new year full of free-market consequences for Oklahoma.
