The Tulsa World reported on Saturday that Oklahoma's personal income is up, but it failed to mention that much of this income comes courtesy of ~~rainbow-powered unicorns~~ the Chinese and your grandchildren. The hard truth is that Oklahoma's private-sector share of personal income has reached an all-time low, as the public sector continues to crowd out the productive sector.
