'National Popular Vote' Is a Very Bad Idea
The Legislature is seriously considering the “National Popular Vote” bill. This bill would fundamentally alter how we elect our presidents by requiring the state of Oklahoma to ignore the votes of its citizens and, quite possibly, cast the state’s electoral votes for a candidate rejected by the majority of Oklahomans. This is one of the worst ideas OCPA has encountered in quite some time.
