Gov. Kevin Stitt last week signed into law changes in the leadership structure of five major state agencies. As session continues, the focus now moves from accountability to transparency.

Enter Senate Bill 271, from state Sen. Nathan Dahm, R-Broken Arrow, which will require state agencies to disclose information about funds received from federal agencies.
