David Autry serves as Communications Manager for OCPA. In this role, he turns policy ideas and analysis into effective messages. He also assists with copywriting, media relations, and digital marketing. Before working at OCPA, David served Mayor Dewey F. Bartlett, Jr. in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he directed special projects and constituent services. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
