Victor Castillo

Director of Community Engagement

Victor Castillo is OCPA’s director of community engagement. Prior to joining OCPA, he spent 16 years in the banking industry serving individuals, families, and businesses in four different communities in California and Oklahoma. He also served as the manager of banking and treasury services for Oklahoma State Treasurer Randy McDaniel. He holds a degree in theological studies from the International Apostolic Bible College. He and his wife, Yesi, live in Edmond with their son, Elijah.
